  • If you spot a mistake at this stage, please inform us within 24 hours. After 24 hours the amendment or change of order cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrectly ordered item.
  • Due to the personalised nature of the items, I am unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty.
  • The turn around time for each order is usually 2 – 3 weeks however this is not guaranteed and may take longer at busier times.
  • It is extremely important to inspect the item before each use and in case of damage do not use it with a baby or child as it may not be safe to do so.
  • It is always recommended not to leave your baby or young child unsupervised with any of our items and you should follow safety guidelines outlined by the Lullaby Trust.
  • Although every effort is made to showcase colours accurately on the website please be aware that they may differ in real life as every screen has a different resolution, colour and graphics.

Delivery & Returns

  • Currently only one options is offered at checkout for Delivery which is 2nd Class – Royal Mail. This is due to the functionality of the website and we are currently exploring our options. I am always happy to offer other options so please contact me for a quote.
  • As the items are handmade to order, returns are not accepted unless items are faulty. If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item and return it as soon as possible at your own expense and in its original conditions. A replacement item will be sent out once the returned item is received and reviewed.
  • Please note Ventresca Made cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable in UK and/or within the EU.


How do I order?

Take a look at the ‘Design Options’ part of the website for a step by step guide and full breakdown of all the options before visiting the ‘Shop’ where you can place your order. If you’re keen to discuss an idea that’s not listed please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I’ve already seen a design I like, do I have to custom order?

Currently I offer two different ways to order. ‘Design Your Own‘ or ‘Pre-Designed‘. Have a browse through the ‘Pre-Designed‘ Shop to find out whether the item you like is included. If not you have two options. Re-create the design using the ‘Design Your Own‘ ordering process or contact me.

How long will my order take?

Usual turnaround is 2 – 3 weeks however in busier times it may take longer. We will do our best to keep clients updated at the top of the website even though this won’t be possible at all times.

Do you offer an express service?

We are always keen to help should you require an item sooner than the usual 2 – 3 weeks turnaround but obviously it cannot be guaranteed. Please don’t hesitate to message us and if we can help we will.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately not. We cover UK mainland and Northern Ireland as well as all UK isles and Europe.

Can you send a gift direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! There is a section for a different shipping address at the checkout, just pop your gift message as a note at the checkout. All items come gift wrapped with a hand-stamped gift tag and postcard which I can write a message on and no receipt will be included in the parcel.

What are you products made from?

100% cotton double gauze which is more commonly known as muslin. Each product is made using two pieces of different coloured fabric.

The embroidery is also created using 100% cotton thread.

The thread used for the faces of the Bunnies is silk and the stuffing an Eco-Friendly polyester.

The Liberty Fabrics are 100% cotton Liberty Fabric.

The Stockings have 100% cotton jersey for the lining and velvet ribbon hooks.

The Scrunchies have an elastic centre.
